Within the recent years we have broadened our scope to include non industry specific business/consumer publishers and associations as well as Letter Shops. In an effort to maintain a competitive edge, we have successfully undertaken the ability to offer complete fulfilment and mail prep services to our product offering. This addition to our traditional services has enabled us to improve delivery standards securing client loyalty.

In addition to traditional hand delivery and consolidation we have been able to compete on bulk distribution of both business and consumer publications. This market segment has a need for improved delivery time for print publication and appropriate audit standards which we are able to fulfil.

In Canada, Citilogistics has had to remain mindful that the Canadian Post Office in a functioning monopoly with the power and authority to claim exclusive privilege over Lettermail. This environment is somewhat limiting in the type of mailings that can be pursued and acquired.
