Citipost strive to provide a pro-active account management experience, giving customers one key point of contact that manages all aspects of their postal campaign from start to finish. This gives our client’s visibility, control and flexibility as their account manager co-ordinates the communication of all internal departments. Coordinating the communication and activities of bureau, collection control, consumable control, goods-in and operations ensures that client mail is handled in an extremely efficient and professional manner in order to over deliver on our client expectations.
The account manager similarly co-ordinates the communication of external stakeholders which include but are not limited to data bureau’s, print buyers, mailing houses, and advertising agencies. This one key point of contact gives our client’s piece of mind that their account manager not only has their best interests at heart but also will work with all the resources and skills at their disposal to deliver an excellent level of service.
