In April 2005, Citipost opened a dedicated site to manage the fulfillment and distribution of all addressed copies of Yell directories delivered within the UK and worldwide.

Based in Erith, Greater London, the site provides a dedicated unit, storage facilities for over 1,000 pallets and complete fulfillment operations. The service is managed by seven dedicated staff, supplemented with flexible resource to meet peak demands and ensure that daily fulfillment and despatches are delivered to strict deadlines.

A key benefit for Yell is the bespoke management information system which allows the client to closely monitor stock movements right down to the number of books sent for recycling.
