Pitney Bowes International Mail Services are investing in Citiposts International expertise and our extensive range of services. We have found there to be great synergy between both businesses and this as a very positive step for our staff, clients and shareholders.
It will be business as usual with the Senior Management Team unchanged. The only tangible change employees and clients will notice is that we will be expanding our service range and improving our buying power.
This development is perfect timing for Citipost's International business, as we have just had a record year and have significant growth plans which will be achieved even quicker with the support of Pitney Bowes.
The sale of the International business will allow the Citipost group to focus investment into our end-to-end delivery services in strategic business centres worldwide.
The Citipost group, which includes Citipost AMP Ltd, Citipost UK Ltd, Citipost DSA Ltd and Citipost Direct Distribution Ltd, will continue to operate our Hand Delivery services in the UK, Far East, Europe and North America.
