Citipost now has a national agreement for DSA services with Royal Mail. Clients can now benefit from Citipost DSA services at reduced costs for all mailing profiles not just those suitable for zonal.
Where a posting profile is not suitable to zonal this can now be transferred to a national posting. For example, a B2B delivery would generally be delivered to commercial and urban areas (zones A & B) this would be an ideal zonal posting as these zones are cheaper to deliver to.
National pricing option is a fixed price per item for all UK delivery points. For example, a B2C delivery could be delivered to suburban, rural and deep rural (zones C, D & E). Under this scenario it would be more cost effective to send the mailing through a national DSA service.
N.B. To use the national service you have to meet a national posting profile in the same way as mailsort services.
